My name is Matt, I live just outside London in the UK. I started martial arts at the age of 9, training in Shukokai Karate, since then I have been lucky enough to train in Wing Chun, Shaolin Kung Fu, JKD, Kali & Boxing and trained with a number of world-renowned martial artists.
I currently train around 4/5 times a week in BJJ and also in Muay Thai. This blog is to document my training and fitness regime.
